Based off the song "The Feel Good Hit of the Summer"..... nicotine, valium, vicodin, marijuana, ecstasy and alcohol...ca-ca-ca-ca-ca-cocaine! Josh Homme said in interviews when walking to the studio he was making a mental list of all the things he had ingested that day and that became the lyrics to the song. As well as the fact that as a child, he first learned how to play guitar by playing polka music, which you can still hear in his music today (one example being the ump-pa ump-pa beat and rhythm to songs like "No One Knows")...so the image is how all these substances are assaulting and corrupting a polka band in the mind of Josh Homme.... these aren't just "polka" dots, they are connected!
